The Staging Consultation

The professional Home Presentation Consultation is a 1-2  hour, room-by-room analysis of your property that evaluates each room´s best features as well as identifies its challenges and curb appeal. Once the appointment is set, our professional staging designer Teresa will meet you at your house that will be listed for sale. First, Teresa will ask you to provide a tour of the property so that she can discuss specific objectives of each room. She will discuss the importance of de-cluttering and de-personalizing each room as part of the staging process as well as each rooms focal points. Most potential homebuyers have difficulty seeing past strong wall colors, outdated wallpaper, damaged or soiled carpet, or overgrown landscaping. Teresa can help you make decisions on how to best address your home's challenges and show your home most effectively.  She will guide you on what items need to be removed and by boxing up these items, you are moving closer to being ready to move once the home is sold.

 An easy "Top Priority List" is written which gives you the "plan" you need to start preparing your home for the market. Any additional staging services that may be needed will be discussed at the visit and a proposal writtten for the that service within 24 hours. 

Once your house is officially prepared & staged, it will be featured on the national staging website www.stagedhomes.com enabling buyers from across the country to see your house. This website receives over 4 million hits a month and is additional marketing and exposure for your house.
